1. Platform Nature
Citymood360 is a digital promotion and discovery platform designed to connect businesses with users. We do not own, sell, provide, verify, endorse, or guarantee any product, service, offer, or claim listed.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- Businesses must be legally authorized to promote their services
3. Account Registration & Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
- All activities under your account are your responsibility
- Providing false or misleading information may lead to suspension
4. Listing, Review & Content Responsibility
All advertisers and users are solely responsible for the content they publish, upload, submit, or share on Citymood360, including listings, images, videos, reels, ratings, reviews, comments, offers, and promotional materials.
- Information must be accurate, lawful, and genuine
- You must own or have appropriate rights to submitted content
- All claims, pricing, offers, and descriptions must be valid and truthful
- Reviews must be based on genuine experiences and submitted in good faith
- Ratings should accurately reflect the user's actual experience
- Reels, videos, images, and promotional content must be relevant to the business, product, service, or promotion being advertised
Review Guidelines
- Reviews must be truthful, respectful, and based on actual experiences
- Fake, misleading, manipulated, defamatory, or malicious reviews are prohibited
- Users must not submit reviews intended to artificially inflate or damage a business reputation
- Citymood360 reserves the right to moderate, reject, edit, hide, or remove reviews that violate these terms
Reels, Videos & Media Guidelines
- Reels and videos must contain lawful, relevant, and appropriate content
- Content must not contain misleading claims, deceptive promotions, or false representations
- Users must have the necessary rights, permissions, or licenses for all uploaded or linked media
- Content must not infringe any copyright, trademark, intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
- Videos must not contain adult, obscene, violent, hateful, discriminatory, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate material
- Citymood360 may remove any reel, video, image, or media content that violates these terms without prior notice
Prohibited Content
- Illegal or restricted products/services
- False, fraudulent, or misleading information
- Fake reviews, review manipulation, or rating abuse
- Adult, obscene, offensive, hateful, or abusive material
- Copyright, trademark, or intellectual property violations
- Spam, deceptive promotions, or malicious content
- Content that violates applicable Indian laws or regulations
Citymood360 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review, moderate, reject, suspend, restrict, edit, hide, or remove any listing, review, rating, reel, video, image, account, or other content that violates these Terms & Conditions or applicable laws.
5. Platform Role & No Verification
Citymood360 does not verify listings, pricing, availability, legality, or quality. Users must independently verify details before making any decisions.
6. Independent Transactions (B2B/B2C Disclaimer)
All interactions, inquiries, bookings, or transactions are strictly between users and advertisers. Citymood360 is not a party to any transaction and holds no liability.
7. Offers & Promotions
All offers, discounts, or commitments are created and fulfilled solely by advertisers. Citymood360 is not responsible for changes, cancellations, or non-fulfillment.
8. Paid Plans & Visibility
- Plans affect visibility only, not business outcomes
- No guarantee of leads, inquiries, or sales
- Plans must be selected at time of posting
- Each promotion is valid for 30 days
- Extension allows continuation for another term (same plan)
9. Add-ons & Display Sections
Add-ons such as Offers, Special/Traditional Products, and New Launch provide additional visibility. Display placement may vary based on platform logic and availability.
10. Payments & Refund Policy
- All payments are generally non-refundable
- Approval is at sole discretion of Citymood360
11. Moderation Rights
Citymood360 reserves the right to review, edit, suspend, reject, or remove any listing or account without prior notice.
12. Account Suspension & Termination
Accounts may be terminated for fraud, abuse, illegal activity, or violation of these terms.
13. Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for third-party services including payment gateways, external links, or partner services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Citymood360, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your use, listings, or violations.
16. Force Majeure
Citymood360 is not responsible for failures due to events beyond control such as outages, cyber incidents, government actions, or natural disasters.
17. Privacy
- We collect necessary data to operate services
- Data may be shared with payment providers
- Users may request deletion via email
18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts within India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
